The Second Half Is Your Best Half
There is a lie that midlife women have been told so many times that many of us have started to believe it. The lie says your best days are behind you. I am here to tell you that lie is from the pit.
"Your second half is not a consolation prize. It is your crown."
Moses led the Exodus at eighty. Abraham received the covenant promise at seventy-five. God has a long history of doing His most significant work in the second half. The woman who enters her second half rooted in purpose is the most unstoppable force in any room.
What the Second Half requires: A willingness to release who you were. The courage to stop apologizing for the space you take up. The audacity to build something new, even if no one around you has done it yet. Faith that the God who brought you through your first half is not done with you yet.

A Season of Prophetic Preparation
There are seasons in our lives that feel like nothing is happening. The prayers seem to bounce off the ceiling. In the silence we begin to wonder, did God forget about me? He did not forget. He is preparing.
Joseph spent years in a pit and a prison before the palace. David spent years in the wilderness before the throne. In every case the preparation was not a detour from the destiny, it WAS the destiny being formed.
How to steward a season of preparation: Stay faithful in small things. Keep your mouth aligned with your faith. Do the work in front of you with excellence. Stay connected to community. Journal what God is saying.

She Started at 45: A Momentum Story
A composite story drawn from real women in the Momentum365 community.
When Renee turned 45 she had a resume that looked impressive from the outside and a life that felt increasingly small on the inside. "I kept thinking there has to be more than this," she says.
It started with a podcast. Then a book. Then a coaching program that asked a question she had never been asked before: What would you build if you knew it could not fail?
Renee launched her first coaching program eighteen months later. She had eleven clients in her first cohort. By her third she had a waitlist.

Q: I feel like I wasted my thirties. Is it too late?
Your thirties were not wasted, they were lived. The feeling of being behind assumes there is a finish line. There is not. The woman who starts at 45 and builds for 30 years will have built something extraordinary by 75. Start today.
Q: I have a full-time job and kids. I have no time. What do I do?
Start in the margins. Fifteen minutes in the morning. Twenty on your lunch break. One hour on Saturday. It does not feel like enough, and in the beginning it is not. But something done consistently becomes momentum.
Q: How do I know if my business idea will work?
Ask: Is there a real problem I am solving? A specific person I am solving it for? Is that person willing to pay? If yes to all three, your idea is viable. Stop waiting for certainty and start gathering evidence.
